Perform virtualization tasks using VMware and/or Hyper-V, including setting up and maintaining virtual machines and environments. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewall solutions, ensuring network security and compliance with best practices. IT System Administrator (Tier III) – MSP Experience: 2+ years of experience within an MSP environment. Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including virtual networks, VMs, and storage. Proficiency in virtualization technologies such as VMware and/or Hyper-V. Solid understanding of firewall configurations, VPNs, and network security principles. Familiarity with backup solutions, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
