IT & Systems Intern

Role Summary:
The IT & Systems Intern will join CVUnlocked for a six-month internship to support and optimize our digital infrastructure. This includes Wordpress site, client/staff portals, and automation tools. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, streamlining processes, and supporting digital transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update Portals, website, Forms, Cloud Drive, and portals.

• Set up and manage integrations between tools.

• Test and troubleshoot automation workflows, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.

• Support development of client and staff portals with role-based access and customizations.

• Provide IT Support to internal users.

• Assist in system documentation and internal knowledge base creation.

• Proactively suggest improvements for efficiency and user experience.

Requirements:

• Students in their final year or fresh graduates in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms.

• Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, or automation tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn and experiment with new tools.

• Interest in IT operations, business systems, or process automation.
