As an IT Systems Trainer, you will help staff get the most from the Council’s corporate and specialist IT systems. You will design and deliver engaging training, create accessible learning materials and provide guidance to help people use technology confidently and effectively.

We are looking for candidates who:
  • Have experience of designing, delivering and evaluating IT systems training.
  • Can create clear, accessible learning materials and support resources.
  • Can turn complex information into practical learning for non-technical audiences.
  • Have supported system implementation, testing or user-readiness activities.
  • Can plan varied workloads and take defined work packages through to completion.
