About You You are a talented and professional IT Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for enabling high-quality, timely, and market-aligned hiring decisions across technical roles. This role acts as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business stakeholders, bridging talent market realities with business needs, while owning complex recruitment initiatives end to end. You bring to Applaudo the following competencies: 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment is desired. 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment (software engineering, data, cloud, QA, etc.). Proven experience managing complex, senior, or niche technical roles. Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and navigating ambiguous or evolving requirements. High autonomy, ownership, and accountability. Demonstrated experience contributing to recruitment process improvements and operational efficiencies. Experience operating in consulting, agency, or fast-scaling environments. Exposure to workforce planning or internal mobility initiatives. Experience supporting the adoption of recruitment tools, automation, or AI-enabled solutions. Experience mentoring or supporting junior recruiters, sharing best practices and raising overall team quality. Skills & Competencies Strong stakeholder advisory and influencing skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into decisions. Strong understanding of technical roles, executive roles and market dynamics. Ability to balance speed, quality, and feasibility. Clear, structured, and transparent communication. You will be accountable for the following responsibilities: Develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires offering an excellent candidate experience. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs Design and implement overall recruiting strategy Plan interview and selection procedures depending on each role, including screening calls, assessment, technical tests, in-person interviews Lead and execute sourcing strategies for niche technical positions Coordinate and plan interviews with hiring managers and specialists.
