Do you work in IT and want to be first in line for remote opportunities with international companies? We’re building a talent pool of IT professionals, so that when one of our clients needs someone like you, we already know you and can move fast.

Important: this is not an active job opening. Joining the talent pool doesn’t mean there’s a role available for you right now. It means that when a role opens that matches your profile, you’ll be one of the first people we contact, before it’s posted anywhere.

Profiles We’re Looking For

• IT Help Desk / Service Desk: frontline support for end users, ticket resolution, Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.
• Service Coordinator / Dispatcher: ticket triage, SLA tracking, queue management and engineer scheduling in a PSA or ITSM platform.
• IT Support / Managed Services Engineer: support for multiple client environments, ideally with Managed Services Provider (MSP) experience.
• Automation / Integration Specialist: building workflows and integrations between systems and APIs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in one of the profiles above
• Strong written and spoken English
• Hands-on experience with the tools of your field (for example ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, Microsoft 365, Intune, n8n, Power Automate)
• Experience working remotely or with international clients is a plus

Tech Checklist - Gotta Have It!

• A reliable computer (Windows 10 or later, Intel i5 or equivalent)
• Internet connection of at least 100 Mbps, plus a backup connection
• A quiet, dedicated workspace
