You'll work closely with internal and external partners to troubleshoot issues, improve user experiences, and contribute to technology solutions that are secure, reliable, and effective. What You'll Do
- Provide technical support to business partners through phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, device, and application-related issues.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, document requirements, and help deliver technology solutions.
- Support the reliability, security, performance, and usability of business-critical systems and applications.
- Research, evaluate, and implement solutions to technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives that enhance team effectiveness and customer experience.
- Develop technical expertise through hands-on experience, training, and collaboration with experienced technology professionals.

Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field; or equivalent work experience.
- Previous internship, co-op, technical support, customer service, or technology-related experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to learn new technologies.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and build positive working relationships.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to lift and move technology equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
- Willingness to participate in on-call support and occasional travel as business needs require.

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Salary Range
$55800 - $72000 / yearTime Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.Pension Eligible

Work Environment
This role is located in Des Moines and offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek) work arrangement. During the training period the role will be in the office 5 days/week. Hours covered are 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CT.
