A leading Irish Life & Pensions organisation is embarking on a major multi-year programme of change, modernising core systems, and enhancing customer experience across critical business platforms and products.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-sufficient Test Analyst with strong Life & Pensions domain expertise to play a key role in delivering complex business and technology initiatives.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring quality throughout the full testing lifecycle while contributing to high-profile projects that will shape the future of the organisation.

• Identify, document and manage defects through to resolution.
• Assess business and customer impact of system changes and identify risks.

What You Bring

• 3+ years' experience as a Test Analyst within the insurance sector.
• Life 400 experience
