The Assistance Nurse provides expert medical guidance and coordinates care for individuals experiencing health issues while traveling, ensuring safe, cost-effective solutions in line with duty of care standards. We are looking for Assistance Nurses to join our team. What You’ll Do: Manage medical cases for travellers abroad – assess calls, gather clinical details, and provide clear, professional advice. Coordinate care and transport – work with global teams to arrange treatment or other support as needed. Guide patients and clients – ensure safe, cost-effective decisions aligned with policy and duty of care. Collaborate globally – liaise with Assistance Centres, treating physicians, and claims teams for seamless case progression About you: Registered Nurse with acute, emergency or intensive care experience Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to adapt to new systems and keep up to date withy new technology Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment Previous medical assistance or travel health experience is desirable Excellent written and spoken Italian and English required.
