Italian Customer Support | Automotive Industry

What you'll do • Provide high-quality customer support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email and chat. • Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services and after-sales support. • Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely and professional solutions. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient issue resolution. • Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting quality and performance standards. Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2). Good level of English (B2 or higher). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Customer-oriented mindset with empathy and professionalism. Good computer skills and ability to multitask. Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage but is not required.
