Italian Sales Advisor - remote work in Portugal

Once the customer's issue has been resolved, you may also be expected to present a relevant product, service or upgrade. Previous sales experience is therefore required, although the main focus of the role remains technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Troubleshoot technical and service-related issues.
• Assist with account and billing enquiries.
• Provide clear guidance on products and services.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• After resolving the issue, introduce relevant products, services or upgrade opportunities when appropriate.
• Escalate complex cases when needed.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Italian and English (minimum C2 level).
• Previous sales experience is required.
• Experience in customer service, technical support or contact centre environments is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with technology and digital tools.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
  
  

Contract & Working Conditions

• Permanent contract after 6 months.
• Fully remote within Portugal.
• Monday to Sunday.
• Rotating 8-hour shifts between 07:00 and 21:00
• Availability for public holidays when scheduled.
• Public holidays are paid with additional compensation.

• Base Salary: €920
• Language Allowance: €250
• Performance Bonus: Up to €360
• Assiduity Allowance: €110
