Italian Sales Specialist

This role focuses on outbound sales activities, requiring a strong commercial mindset and a proactive approach. You will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new property listings for the platform, reactivating dormant partners, securing contract renewals, and maximizing inventory by upselling additional listings and services to existing collaborators.

The position involves promoting the value of the platform to travel agency and homeowners partners, demonstrating how increased visibility and optimized listings can drive bookings and revenue. Success in this role requires strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills, as well as the ability to build long-term relationships with partners in the travel industry.

This is a highly performance-driven role with clearly defined monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Position: Customer & Sales Specialist (Italian - minimum C1 level, English - minimum B2 level)

Work Setup: Hybrid, 3 days work from office (Mon-Tue-Wed), 2 days work from home

Office location: Soseaua Oltenitei 2, City Offices, district 4 (near metro station Eroii Revolutiei), Bucharest, Romania

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5 days per week, 09:00-18:00

Training duration: One week (10:00-17:00)
