Utility-Scale Solar Mounting Systems | Ground-Mounted PV Projects

CGL Global is supporting a globally established renewable energy solutions manufacturer in the search for a Regional Sales Manager – DACH to strengthen its European business development team.

The company provides solar mounting and racking solutions for utility-scale solar projects, commercial & industrial applications, and renewable energy developments worldwide.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced solar sales professional based in Germany, preferably in the southern region, to develop business opportunities across the DACH market (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), with a focus on utility-scale ground-mounted PV projects.

The successful candidate will have experience in solar mounting systems, PV structures, or renewable energy solutions, together with relationships across developers, EPC contractors, IPPs, investors, and engineering partners.

International experience and additional European language skills, such as Italian, would be considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop sales opportunities for solar mounting and racking systems across the DACH region

· Build and maintain relationships with PV developers, EPC companies, IPPs, investors, and engineering partners

· Identify new utility-scale solar project opportunities and support the sales process

· Collaborate with technical teams to provide suitable mounting solutions

· Represent the company at industry events and strengthen market presence

Requirements

· Professional experience in solar PV, renewable energy, or related infrastructure sales

· Knowledge of utility-scale ground-mounted PV projects and solar mounting systems

· Existing network within the DACH solar market is preferred

· Fluent English required; German language skills are beneficial

· Additional European languages are welcome

· Ability to work independently and develop business relationships across the region
