Italian-Speaking Customer Service Advisor (Remote from Portugal)

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support customers of a leading international company in the pet care sector. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, efficient, and solution-oriented support through inbound calls, emails, and chat. What You'll Do Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services Assist customers with order processing, account management, cancellations, and complaints Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing-related documentation accurately Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues professionally Identify opportunities for cross-selling and additional customer support when appropriate Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and customer experience excellence What We're Looking For Native or near-native Italian (C2 level) Good English communication skills (B2 level) At least 6 months of experience in customer service, retail, or a similar customer-facing role Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail Previous experience in cross-selling is considered an advantage What We Offer Competitive Compensation Base Salary: €1,000 gross/month Performance Bonus: up to €100 gross/month (paid over 12 months) Meal Allowance: €7.63 net/day Relocation Support Shared accommodation provided for up to 12 months All utilities included Accommodation cost deducted directly from the payslip Additional Benefits Work from the comfort of your home in Portugal International and multicultural work environment Training and ongoing support Career growth opportunities within a stable and expanding company Ready to Apply?
