About the Role

Wo. Box Consulting is recruiting on behalf of an international client for an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a multilingual customer support team.

This is a full-time, permanent remote position for candidates based in Portugal or willing to relocate. The role offers long-term career opportunities within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, live chat and social media.
• Assist customers with product and service enquiries.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow internal procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Essential
• Fluent Italian (spoken and written)
• English B2 level or higher
• Good computer and digital skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Previous Customer Service or Contact Centre experience
• Experience supporting customers remotely
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Organised and customer-focused approach

Working Schedule

• Rotating shifts
• Monday to Sunday
• Between 08:00 and 19:00
• Two rotating days off per week

Salary & Benefits

• €1,000 gross per month
• 14 salary payments per year
• Monthly performance bonus of up to €250
