Italian speaking Junior Service Desk

Our leading IT provider partner company is building a new team for their project and they are looking for a Italian speaking Service Desk Agent for in Budapest.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the customers using your outstanding language skills
• Handle the incoming phone calls, emails or requests in chat
• Solve the requested IT-related issues of the customers
• Contribute to maintaining and increasing the customer satisfaction level

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Confident language skills in Italian and English
• Experience in customer service or IT support is a plus
• Customer centered mindset and excellent communication skills
