Item Setup Coordinator

This is a hybrid role that can be based in either Harrisburg, PA or Clearwater, FL.

Please note, candidates must be located within 60 miles of either office location.

Summary

The purpose of this position is to assist the Business Innovations Team with the day-to-day operations of the corporate office by collaborating with a team of professionals, managing the needs of data management and integrity, using best practice processes in conjunction with departments to align with business strategies and customer requirements where synergies exist.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set up all items with strict adherence to company policies and attention to detail.
  • Update items as needed and requested to preserve item integrity.
  • Conduct item rationalization exercises independently and as directed, exercising good judgement to align with company goals.
  • Correspond with all departments and vendor partners as needed on the phone and via email.
  • Interact with inside and outside sales by answering questions/ problems via phone and/or e-mail.
  • Correspond with vendors via phone or e-mail.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Prioritize and multi-task in all aspects of your day.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES

  • Ability to meet deadlines; possess a strong sense of urgency.
  • Keeps work area neat, clean and hazard free.
  • Work in other areas of the business as needed, for cross training and better overall understanding.
  • Oversee other related projects and duties as assigned.
  • Must adhere to company policies, including attendance.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Must be able to prioritize and organize information.
  • Strong attention to detail.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of administrative office experience.
  • Proven professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other in-house programs.
