Jaggaer Technical Consultant
Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Jaggaer Technical Consultant to lead critical initiatives within our IT Services division. This pivotal role focuses on the end-to-end implementation and optimization of strategic sourcing and procurement solutions. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring seamless integration of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflows. As a key member of our team, you will drive supplier relationship management strategies while leveraging advanced data synchronization techniques to maintain data integrity across enterprise systems. This position demands a professional with deep expertise in enterprise software implementation who can navigate technical challenges and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect and manage complex Jaggaer or Coupa integration frameworks, ensuring smooth data flow between source systems and the procurement platform.
- Design and execute ETL processes using BICC and FBDI methodologies to facilitate efficient master data synchronization and transformation.
- Develop and maintain custom workflows that streamline S2P and P2P operations, enhancing overall procurement efficiency.
- Implement secure API connections and authentication protocols to safeguard sensitive business data during transmission and storage.
- Utilize programming languages such as Java and Python alongside SQL for database management, script development, and application logic.
- Manage version control systems like Git and oversee CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery of high-quality software updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for enterprise software deployment and maintenance.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Possess a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in implementing enterprise software solutions within a technical capacity.
- Demonstrate proven expertise in configuring and integrating Jaggaer or Coupa platforms, specifically regarding S2P and P2P modules.
- Show strong proficiency in data integration tools, including ETL processes, BICC, FBDI, and master data management strategies.
- Be skilled in modern development languages including Java and Python, with a solid command of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Exhibit practical knowledge of version control systems (Git) and experience establishing CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of API security standards, authentication mechanisms, and data protection protocols.
- Bring a track record of successfully managing technical projects from conception through to final deployment in a corporate environment.
