Your work will support the development of next-generation AI systems through high-quality linguistic assessments and detailed feedback based on real-world language usage. No prior AI experience is required; your language expertise is what matters.

- Assess pronunciation, intonation, clarity, and linguistic authenticity according to established evaluation guidelines.
- Identify unnatural expressions, pronunciation inconsistencies, and other language-related inaccuracies.
- Document assessments through clear, concise, and well-structured written feedback in English.
- Provide detailed justifications for evaluation decisions, highlighting relevant linguistic characteristics and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in audio or language content.
- Contribute linguistic insights to improve AI models' Japanese language understanding and speech generation.
- Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and within established deadlines.
- Maintain consistency and high-quality standards across all evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese, with natural fluency and clear enunciation.
- Minimum B2-level English proficiency, particularly in written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle differences in pronunciation, fluency, and language usage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate linguistic observations and evaluation findings clearly in English.
- Strong listening and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks accurately in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in voice specialization, linguistics, phonetics, music, audio engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with audio analysis, transcription, speech evaluation, or linguistic assessment.
- Familiarity with Japanese dialects, regional variations, pronunciation patterns, and natural conversational usage.
- Experience in media, communications, language instruction, or teaching.
- Ability to recognize nuanced differences in speech patterns and provide structured, actionable feedback.
