Java Core Unix FinTech PROJECT OVERVIEW: The Tech Risk engineering team aims to create technology platforms that help the firm to act together and to secure our assets on-premises as well as on the cloud. We at the Tech Risk engineering team design and develop tools to automate vulnerability scanning, security threat monitoring, compliance enforcement, and security risk reporting throughout the SDLC lifecycle of software applications. You will get to work with highly skilled and motivated engineers who are already contributing to building high-scale and high-available systems. HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL: As an engineer, you will help with the design, implementation, and deployment of highly secure, performant, and scalable services. You will get an opportunity to work on a wide range of technologies (including cloud) and apply new technologies for solving customer problems. You will have an influence on defining product features, driving operational excellence, and spearheading the best practices that enable a quality product. You will manage and monitor all the operational aspects of existing services. You would be responsible for driving the automation of processes such as build, testing, deployment, and distribution to increase productivity. You will drive solutions and communication for production-impacting incidents. Requirements: ❖ Strong programming skills in Java with proficiency in object-oriented design principles Experience with Java frameworks such as DropWizard, Spring, and Hibernate ❖ Familiarity with distributed storage systems like DB2, Oracle, Cassandra, MongoDB ❖ Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines especially using Git ❖ Working knowledge of Unix/Linux experience The work is in a hybrid model, 3 days/week from Warsaw.
