Java Developer

Job Description This is a remote position. Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Java Developer to help us develop and maintain our core applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, well-designed code and ensure its quality through comprehensive testing. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues. Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and shared knowledge. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Requirements Required Skills: 6+ years of experience in Java development. Proficient in Java, J2EE, and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate). Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React. Expertise in working with databases, SQL, and ORM technologies. Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. Familiarity with build tools such as Maven or Gradle. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
