Java Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications using JSP and J2EE

• Collaborate directly with clients and product teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions

• Deploy and manage services in AWS, leveraging serverless and microservices architectures

• Participate in architectural reviews, performance optimization, and code quality enforcement

• Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient development workflows

• Apply software engineering best practices, including OOD, design patterns, and test-driven development

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery

Job Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on Java development experience

• Expert in JSP and J2EE frameworks with strong backend system knowledge

• 2+ years of experience working in AWS cloud environments

• Solid understanding of microservices and scalable software architectures

• Proficient in modern CI/CD tooling and deployment pipelines

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Proven experience collaborating directly with clients or stakeholders

• Must be a former Amazon engineer with verifiable tenure
