Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional Java development experience.
- Proficiency with Spring or Spring Boot frameworks.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle or Db2.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms is a plus.
- Prior experience supporting federal government contracts is advantageous.

- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java application code.
- Design and update web services and RESTful APIs to support application functionality.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for relational database management.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects and production issues promptly.
- Create unit tests and actively participate in code review processes to ensure code quality.
- Engage in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Document codebase and technical changes clearly and comprehensively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features from concept to deployment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and organizational goals.
- Competitive annual compensation ranging from $68,216 to $75,795.
