Job Opportunity: Java Developer

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Working Model: Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite

Role Overview- THIS ROLE IS INSIDE IR35

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our team on a 12-month contract in London. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience, a solid understanding of JVM-based technologies, and a proven ability to build scalable, high-performance applications in complex environments.

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience building server-side applications, with a strong understanding of modern backend development practices.

Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or related JVM languages, such as Scala.

Practical experience designing and integrating RESTful and GraphQL (GQL) APIs.

Hands-on experience with Gradle or similar build tools.

Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, thread management, concurrency, and performance optimisation.

Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with a focus on system scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative development environment.
