Java Full Stack Developer – Chennai (Hybrid)

Position: Senior Java Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to join our team supporting critical GCP projects. This role involves migrating and decoupling business-critical systems from legacy mainframe-fed data onto modern, cloud-native infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will work across the full stack — backend services, front-end applications, data pipelines, and cloud architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Java (Spring Boot) microservices ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  

• Develop ReactJS/Angular front-end applications consuming backend APIs with strong focus on performance and UX.
  

• Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and indexing strategies for transactional and batch workloads.
  

• Develop and maintain Apache Airflow DAGs for orchestrating mainframe-to-cloud data pipelines.
  

• Architect and implement solutions on GCP (Cloud SQL, Cloud Run/GKE, Cloud Storage, IAM).
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute system separations with minimal disruption.
  

• Lead environment promotion activities (Dev → UAT → Prod) with CI/CD automation.
  

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to raising the technical bar across the team.
  

• Support UAT and production troubleshooting across Java, PostgreSQL, and Airflow layers.
