Your Next Challenge

We are looking for a Senior Java Fullstack Developer with at least 10 years of professional experience to lead the architecture and implementation of complex full-stack solutions across EXPOSE and SEARCH products. You will take ownership of the IAM/SSO strategy, define front-end engineering standards, and drive key technical decisions in close collaboration with the client's architects. This role also involves mentoring engineers, promoting engineering excellence, and ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of the solutions delivered.

What You’ll Work On

• Lead the architecture and implementation of complex full-stack features across EXPOSE and SEARCH.
  
• Own the IAM/SSO strategy, including Okta authorization server design, OIDC flow architecture, and per-Maison access control.
  
• Define and promote front-end engineering standards for React.js, covering authentication patterns, state management, and performance.
  
• Lead technical discussions with the client's architects, produce Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), and contribute to long-term technical roadmaps.
  
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and security challenges across the technology stack.
  
• Lead code reviews and champion engineering quality through tools and practices such as SonarQube, Snyk, and automated quality checks.
  
• Mentor Confirmed and Junior engineers, supporting their technical development and knowledge sharing.
  
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks, and onboarding materials.
  

What You’re Looking For

• At least 10 years of professional experience in software development, with strong Java Fullstack expertise.
  
• Extensive experience designing and implementing complex full-stack applications.
  
• Strong backend development skills with Java.
  
• Solid experience with React.js and front-end engineering practices.
  
• In-depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
  
• Hands-on experience with Okta, including authorization server design and OIDC flows.
  
• Knowledge of access control models and authorization strategies, including per-Maison access control.
  
• Experience with state management, authentication patterns, and front-end performance optimization.
  
• Proven ability to lead architectural discussions and document technical decisions through ADRs.
  
• Strong understanding of application performance, scalability, and security.
  
• Experience with code reviews and quality automation tools such as SonarQube and Snyk.
  
• Previous experience mentoring developers and driving technical standards.
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with client architects and multidisciplinary teams.
