Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to join our Core Originations team in Chennai. The role involves developing and modernizing enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React JS, Microservices, and GCP.

The ideal candidate should also have exposure to Generative AI / Agentic AI, including Spring AI, LangChain4j, RAG, LLM integration, and tool calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable Full Stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React JS, and Microservices.
  
• Design and develop secure REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
  
• Build and deploy applications on GCP.
  
• Work with modern frontend technologies including React and TypeScript.
  
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into Java applications where required.
  
• Work with RAG, tool calling, AI workflows, and intelligent automation.
  
• Perform application testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
  
• Follow CI/CD, DevOps, security, and Agile/Scrum practices.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions.

Candidate Requirements

• 6+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of relevant development experience.
  
• Strong hands-on Full Stack development experience.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Willingness to work from the Chennai office 4 days per week.
  
• Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice period preferred.
