Java Team Lead

The Java Team Lead will oversee and guide a team of developers to deliver top-notch software solutions. Responsibilities include leading the design and implementation of Java-based applications, overseeing application performance, and ensuring the application of best practices in software development. The role will involve employing microservices architecture, utilizing design patterns, and fostering collaboration within the team. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Cairo, combining onsite and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Java and experience with Microservices architecture for scalable application development
• Strong understanding of Design Patterns and their practical applications
• Experience in Software Development, including requirements analysis, coding, and troubleshooting
• Proven Team Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members effectively
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
