Java/Python AI Engineer

We are looking for a Java/Python AI Engineer to build secure, compliant AI-driven automation that improves financial advisor workflows through integrated chat experiences. You will design agentic AI components, connect them to banking platforms, and partner with stakeholders to deliver reliable outcomes. Apply to help shape the solution!

Responsibilities

• Design AI-powered chat interface components tailored to financial advisor workflows
• Build and maintain agentic AI modules that support autonomous interaction scenarios
• Integrate AI components with banking platforms to ensure seamless MCP connectivity and reliable data flow
• Implement authentication, authorization, and governance controls to meet security and compliance needs
• Enforce auditing, monitoring, and traceability requirements across the AI solution
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to align technical deliverables with requirements and compliance standards
• Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions in regular project meetings
• Research emerging AI methods and apply them to enhance solution capabilities
• Manage assigned tasks autonomously while adapting to evolving project priorities

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in AI solution engineering or similar roles
• Hands-on experience with Java development in production environments
• Experience designing agentic AI and autonomous agents for complex interaction scenarios
• Practical experience integrating AI solutions with banking systems, including MCP connectivity and data flow
• Security and governance knowledge covering authentication, authorization, auditing, and traceability
• Collaborative communication skills for working with internal stakeholders and client managers
• Ability to work independently in a small agile team and adapt to changing needs
• English proficiency at B1+ level or above
