Jira Cloud Developer – German Speaking

About the Role:

We are looking for a Jira Cloud Developer to develop and maintain customisations, applications, and integrations on the Jira Cloud platform. Strong German communication skills and hands-on Jira Cloud development experience are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop custom solutions and applications for Jira Cloud, preferably using Atlassian Forge and/or Connect.
• Implement automations, listeners, custom fields, and REST API integrations.
• Maintain, support, and continuously improve existing Jira Cloud customisations.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Consultants, and clients' technical contacts.
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Fluent / business-level German and English – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience developing solutions for Jira Cloud.
• Experience with Atlassian Forge and/or Atlassian Connect.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Practical experience with Jira Cloud REST APIs.
• Previous experience with ScriptRunner Cloud.
• Experience with Jira Cloud custom fields, automation, and integrations.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical tasks.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
