Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Jnr Property Lead Generation Consultant at Vermaak Properties. The consultant will focus on identifying and qualifying leads for commercial and residential property opportunities, including leasing, sales, and investment properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include, engaging prospects via phone, email, and digital channels, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role also involves coordinating with senior brokers, scheduling consultations, and providing basic property information to prospective clients. The consultant will work closely with the sales team to support targeted campaigns and contribute to growing the property portfolio.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage professionally and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Consulting skills, enabling effective lead qualification and support for brokerage and investment decisions.
• Candidates should possess Real Estate knowledge or experience, particularly in property leasing, sales, or investment, or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn.
• Proficiency with digital tools, CRM systems, and online research platforms is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks in a remote work environment.
• Previous experience in real estate, telesales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not strictly required.
