We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer to join a fast-paced, high-impact global team. In this role, you will lead front-end development initiatives for an international client, building scalable, modern, and high-performance web applications.

Because you will work directly with distributed cross-functional teams around the world, good English communication skills and a collaborative mindset are critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive front-end applications using React 18 and modern JavaScript.

  • Design and manage application state using Redux and leverage modern build tools like Vite for optimized performance.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers across international teams to turn complex requirements into smooth user experiences.

  • Champion clean code, component-driven design, accessibility, and performance optimization.

  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, and code reviews, providing mentorship to team members.

    • Required Qualifications

  • Seniority & Experience: 5+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on modern front-end technologies.

  • Core Technical Stack:

    • Hands-on expertise with React 18 and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

    • State management proficiency using Redux (or Redux Toolkit).

    • Build tools experience with Vite.

    • Solid foundations in HTML5 and CSS3 (responsive design, modern layouts, styling frameworks).

    • Communication & Idiom: Advanced/Fluent English (written and spoken) with the confidence to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical and international stakeholders.

    • Nice to Have:

  • Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or testing libraries (Jest, React Testing Library).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Prior experience in distributed, multicultural remote environments.
