We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join a team delivering innovative digital solutions for the banking sector.
Core skills you’ll bring
Proven experience in UX/UI design
Advanced knowledge of Figma
Strong background in user research and usability testing
Experience designing Design Systems
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2)
Experience working with digital products and platforms
Ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders
The impact you'll create
Conduct user research and usability testing
Design user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces
Develop and maintain Design Systems
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2)
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development Teams
Translate business requirements into user-centered digital solutions
Support continuous improvement of web and mobile customer experiences
