Compensation
The expected hourly rate for this role is $XX-$XX, with an estimated annualized base of $XX - $XX depending on the hours worked. This role is also eligible for a monthly performance bonus, and equity, giving you an ownership stake in Pomelo’s mission. On-target yearly earnings range from $70,000 - $100,000. Please note, OTE numbers are an estimate, actual amounts paid are based on performance against targets.
