Job Description
🕒 Approx. 15 hours per week (flexible schedule)

What We’re Looking For
Proficient in ChatGPT (you don’t just use it passively. know how to spot inaccuracies, prompt effectively, and ensure alignment with brand tone and research standards)
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Experienced with Mailchimp, Canva, and Squarespace (or similar platforms)
Tech-comfortable and a quick learner
Highly self-motivated, organised, and able to manage time independently
Attentive to detail, deadline-conscious, and enjoys working in a structured way
Making light edits in Canva (Instagram graphics, covers, presentations)
Updating and managing content on Squarespace
Assisting with Mailchimp newsletters and automations
Sorting and tagging content in email and digital platforms
Helping maintain clarity and structure across our digital systems
