Most of our roles are London-based and need existing UK right to work, but we also hire across the US and Europe, and some roles can sit anywhere. The Talent Pool is how we keep track of brilliant people before those roles go live. How does it work? It's our first stop when we start hiring. We search the pool and reach out to relevant people before we advertise a role anywhere else. Anyone can join, whatever your experience or background. We do the filtering on our side. So I'll hear about new Kyra roles first? Often, yes. We go to the Talent Pool before we open a role up publicly. I don't work in one of those teams, can I still apply to join? Yes. The pool is for every function and every level.
