Community management: Comments, Reddit discussions, Glassdoor reviews, Linkedin DMs. What this looks like week to week: Sit in on calls and interviews to mine for content. Interview the founders weekly for Linkedin Posts. Draft posts for founders, the team, and RAY's page. Interview team members and clients. Run a simple content calendar. Turn long material (calls, interviews, voice memos) into sharp short-form posts. Track what performs. Do more of that. Who this is for: You read a LinkedIn post and know in one line why it worked.
