Hello, our name is Customertimes, but you can call us CT. We are a global digital engineering, product development, and technology consulting company. Headquartered in New York, we have a team of 1000+ experts working across 65+ countries.
About this job:
We are looking for Senior Business Analyst with Healthcare & Life Sciences expertise to join the team.
The project is a patient relationship management solution built on Microsoft Dynamics. It supports patient services programs offered by pharmaceutical companies. When a patient is prescribed a medication, they can enroll in a program that helps them learn about their disease and treatment, get support from medical staff, and navigate how to pay for and afford their medication.
Role summary:
You will act as the key link between the customer's business stakeholders and the delivery team. You will own requirements end-to-end and work independently and proactively, with minimal day-to-day direction.
Location: Europe (preferred location / time zone)
How you'll make an impact:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for your assigned customer's patient services program;
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications;
- Work closely with product owners, developers, QA, and the customer to refine the backlog and clarify scope;
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives);
- Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early and propose solutions;
- Support testing and UAT by validating that delivered features meet business needs;
- Maintain requirements traceability and keep documentation up to date;
- Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to the team and customer stakeholders.
What makes you a great fit:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst at a lead or senior level;
- Healthcare and life sciences domain experience;
- Ability to operate independently and proactively, taking ownership without close supervision;
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, user stories, and process analysis;
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams;
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; comfortable working directly with customers.
You are a star if you have:
- Experience with patient services programs (patient enrollment, education, nurse/medical support, financial assistance and affordability programs);
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (not required, but a plus);
- Experience with CRM or PRM platforms in a pharma or life sciences setting;
- Knowledge of healthcare data privacy and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
If you're looking to contribute to global projects, grow your skills, shape the way you work, and be part of a connected international community — Customertimes is the place to build your next career chapter. Are you ready to spark the tech with us?
