About this job:
We are looking for a Mid-Level Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform Consultant to provide user and application support for a Sales-focused CRM solution.

Location: LATAM, India.

What makes you a great fit:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform;
• Basic knowledge of the Dynamics 365 Sales module;
• Experience with canvas apps is preferred (but optional);
• Strong application/user support experience;
• Empathy and a customer-oriented mindset;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Ability to respond quickly, take ownership, and resolve issues proactively;
• Good communication skills in English.

Working Hours:

• Availability during EST business hours is required.
