About this job:
We're looking for a hands-on Lobster developer to design, build, and support data integration and EDI flows for enterprise clients. You'll work alongside our Microsoft integration team, and experience with Azure Integration Services is a strong plus.

Location: Remote.

Engagement: Full-time or part-time, contract or permanent.

Start: ASAP.

How you'll make an impact:

• Design, develop, and maintain integration profiles in Lobster_data, including mappings, transformations, and channel setup;
• Integrate ERP, CRM, and partner systems (SAP, Dynamics 365, databases, APIs, SFTP/AS2) using formats such as EDIFACT, X12, XML, JSON, CSV, and IDoc;
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize existing interfaces in production;
• Contribute to hybrid or migration scenarios that combine Lobster with Azure (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Functions, Data Factory);
• Gather requirements and document solutions with client stakeholders.

What makes you a great fit:

• 3+ years of hands-on Lobster_data development;
• Solid understanding of integration patterns, message formats, and EDI standards;
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, and file-based integrations;
• Ability to work independently on client projects;
• Good spoken and written English.

You are a star if you have:

• Azure Integration Services: Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid, Functions;
• SAP integration experience (IDoc, BAPI, CPI);
• Experience migrating Lobster integrations to Azure;
• Background in pharma, FMCG, retail, or manufacturing.
