🥜 In a nutshell

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll be part of our Account Management team, supporting the management of a non-dedicated portfolio of VIP clients. You’ll help build strong, long-term relationships by providing proactive support, clear communication, and reliable follow-through. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and develop a career in account management within the iGaming industry.

🎯 The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

• Support the development and maintenance of relationships with VIP clients

• Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience

• Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback

• Help maintain high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty

• Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate client records and documentation

• Support data tracking and analysis related to client satisfaction and performance

• Collaborate with internal teams to align on client objectives and expectations

• Assist senior account managers with ongoing tasks and projects

⚡ All you need is…

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information

Nice to have

• Knowledge or background in the iGaming industry

• Native-level language skills in either Bahasa Malaysia (Malay), Thai or Mandarin

• Previous experience working with VIP/high-value clients
