What you'll do As a Junior Campaign Manager at Adsomnia, you'll support the daily execution and monitoring of monetization campaigns across our dating platforms' members' area inventory. Working closely with the Campaign Manager, you'll keep a sharp eye on performance, flag anomalies early, and help optimize banners, funnels, and landing pages to keep campaigns running at their best. This is a hands-on learning role. You won't be expected to own strategy from day one — you'll be building your media buying skills under guidance, developing a solid understanding of our tools and processes, and growing into someone the team can rely on. You'll support (not own) provider relationships, help maintain flow management and landing pages, and follow established monetization practices while starting to bring your own ideas to the table. What you'll do as our Junior Campaign Manager: Campaign Support: Help implement, monitor, and optimize campaigns across various online channels, ensuring ads run and deliver on time; Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance daily, analyze data, and flag anomalies or underperformance to the Campaign Manager; Optimization: Support adjustments to targeting parameters, ad formats, and placements to improve conversion rates; Testing: Assist with split testing to help identify the most effective ad variations, landing pages, and calls to action; Creative Collaboration: Work with creative teams to help develop ad creatives that resonate with the target audience; Traffic Source Support: Help maintain relationships with traffic sources and support the evaluation of new CPC/CPM sources to diversify traffic; Reporting: Use data analytics tools to gather and present campaign performance metrics to stakeholders; Market Awareness: Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging advertising platforms. Job requirements for our Junior Campaign Manager: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field; Understanding of online advertising terms, CPC, CPM, and performance metrics; Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support campaign optimization; Creative thinking and a results-oriented mindset with a focus on lead generation goals; Comfortable working with Google Suite; Strong planning and organization skills; Fluent in written and spoken English.
