About the Talent Team Our European Talent team is currently based in Stockholm, with one colleague driving Swedish growth and our European TA Lead, to whom you will be reporting and working closely, guiding international expansion. As our first Talent hire in Porto, your goal will be to grow into shared ownership of the Portuguese talent pipeline and to drive local initiatives for building culture and rituals. Together, our team operates across two core pillars: Talent Acquisition: Developing creative, hyper-local strategies to attract and hire top market talent. Driven by our rapid European expansion, we are seeking a motivated, high-energy Junior Talent Acquisition specialist to build our on-the-ground presence in Portugal! What will you be working with: 🔎 Sourcing – Explore creative ways to connect with great people and bring them closer to our journey. You don’t need to write code, but you know the difference between Frontend and Backend, recognize common tech stacks (like React, Python, or Cloud tools), and feel comfortable reading a developer's profile to understand what they do.
