Profile Requirements:
- • 3+ years’ experience in a 3D or visualisation role.
- • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality render imagery, preferably within events, exhibitions, or
- environments.
- • Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, WYSIWYG, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft 365.
- • Experience with Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar software is highly regarded.
- • Strong understanding of modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
- • Knowledge of resolution, compression, and delivery formats.
- • Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Industry Knowledge & Development
- • Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
- • Actively build capability through tutorials, experimentation, and R&D projects.
- • Contribute to the creation of showcase or reference assets for future projects.

Core responsibilities:
- Key Responsibilities
- • Collaborate with Account Managers, Event Designers, Creative Producers, venue teams, and production staff to
- interpret briefs and deliver visual solutions on time.
- • Create still renders, fly-throughs, virtual tours, and VR-ready content to support pitches, proposals, and project
- delivery.
- • Deliver creative solutions with a strong focus on innovation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- • Meet internal deadlines while maintaining high creative and technical standards.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement in design processes, workflows, and infrastructure.
- • Promote the value of Creative Services internally through collaboration, education, and knowledge-sharing.
- • Maintain confidentiality across all client and internal projects.
- • Provide weekly task updates and manage workload effectively.
- Content Creation & Technical Delivery
- • Operate 3D and 2D authoring software independently or as part of a creative team.
- • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, communication objectives, and required output formats.
- • Work within defined timeframes and budget parameters.
- • Apply best-practice file management, naming conventions, and backup protocols.
