Laylo is the drop engine behind today’s biggest merch, ticket, and content launches. Our platform unites next‑gen CRM, cross‑platform messaging, landing pages, and deep link tracking so artists, managers, labels, and partners can turn every release into a revenue moment.
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Junior Account Manager to support our Account Management team. You’ll work closely with the other Account Managers to help clients execute successful campaigns, receive timely support, and get the most out of Laylo.
This is an opportunity for someone early in their career who loves music and entertainment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping projects moving. You’ll build hands-on experience in fan marketing, campaign execution, and client services while learning how to manage and grow client relationships.
What you’ll do…
Support our clients
- Respond to day-to-day questions, troubleshoot common issues, and help clients navigate Laylo.
- Coordinate with the Account Managers on requests that require strategic guidance or additional support.
- Document issues and gather the information needed to escalate them to internal teams.
Help bring campaigns to life
- Support campaign ideation for festival & event presales, music releases, tours, merch launches, and other fan engagement moments.
- Help prepare campaign assets, draft messaging, and coordinate timelines under the Account Manager’s guidance.
- Review campaign setup - including links, copy, audience segments, and scheduling - to help launches run smoothly.
Track results and opportunities
- Prepare campaign reports covering fan acquisition, engagement, messaging performance, and spend.
- Highlight trends and useful insights for the Account Manager to review
- Monitor account activity and prepaid usage, flagging accounts that may need additional attention.
Keep account operations organized
- Maintain accurate client records, campaign calendars, meeting notes, and action items.
- Track contract dates, renewal timelines, and outstanding paperwork; coordinate follow-ups with the Account Manager and relevant teams.
- Support onboarding by gathering assets, scheduling training, and helping clients get set up.
- Build and maintain templates, checklists, and resources that make the team more effective.
We’re excited about you if you…
- Have 0–2 years of experience in account management, marketing, client services, or a related field. Relevant internships count.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, music business, or a related field.
- Are highly organized and comfortable balancing multiple deadlines.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and thoughtfully.
- Take initiative, follow through, and know when to ask questions or escalate an issue.
- Enjoy both the creative and operational sides of marketing.
- Are comfortable working with spreadsheets and turning data into clear takeaways.
- Care about artists, creators, and the fan experience.
Bonus points if…
- You’ve worked or interned at a label, management company, agency, promoter, or technology company.
- You’ve supported campaigns using SMS, email, or social media.
- You’ve used tools such as HubSpot, Notion, Google Sheets, or a CRM.
- You’re familiar with Laylo or other fan marketing platforms.
