About the Position: We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join the Eldrive team in Lithuania and support the daily execution of accounting operations. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for processing and maintaining accounting records, ensuring the accurate registration of primary accounting documents, and assisting with routine accounting activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who has already gained practical experience and is looking to further develop their skills in an international and fast-growing company operating in the e-mobility sector. Key Responsibilities Register and process primary accounting documents in the accounting system Maintain and archive accounting documentation in accordance with company policies Prepare payment orders and record banking transactions Reconcile supplier and customer accounts Assist with month-end closing procedures and account reconciliations Support the preparation of internal reports and data submissions to external institutions Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records and supporting documentation Communicate with suppliers, customers, and colleagues regarding accounting documents and routine accounting matters Provide day-to-day support to the operational team and Financial controller Requirements Higher vocational or university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field Minimum 2 years of accounting experience Good understanding of basic accounting principles and tax regulations Good English language skills, both written and spoken (mandatory) Good MS Excel skills and general computer literacy Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is considered an advantage Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player Eagerness to learn and develop professionally What We Offer Opportunity to work in a rapidly growing company within the e-mobility sector International and collaborative working environment Hybrid working model and flexible working hours Modern office in Vilnius and contemporary work tools Private health insurance Additional vacation days Participation in the company bonus program based on performance Professional development opportunities, training programs, and seminars Reimbursement of commuting expenses to and from work The opportunity to contribute to the development of sustainable and environmentally friendly infrastructure Supportive team environment with opportunities for career growth within the accounting function.
