Job Description JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT / BOOKKEEPER - R 40,000 - 35,000 PM plus PERF Bonus 13th Cheque - SEA POINT (HYBRID) Leading group based in Sea Point has a phenomenal opportunity available in their dynamic and unique property management firm. BENEFITS: Competitive salary package Performance based bonus equal to 13th cheque Excellent CA(SA) as mentor Fun and relaxed team in private suite offices Requirements Finance Degree / Diploma Either 3 years SAIPA articles or 3 years experience in a similar role DUTIES: Payments Cash processing Bank reconciliations Posting of bank transactions and reconciling bank balance on accounting software with bank statements Ensuring correct and consistent coding of expense and department in Xero. Posting of month end journals including but not limited to accruals, prepayment, intercompany transactions Assist with accurate and timely closure of month-end activities Support in preparation of internal and other financial reports Other Ad hoc duties as may reasonably be requested by Senior Financial Accountant and CFO Benefits Competitive salary package Performance based bonus equal to 13th cheque Excellent CA(SA) as mentor Fun and relaxed team in private suite offices
