In this role you will support accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, ensuring smooth vendor payments and reliable accounting operations within an international finance environment.

Your Tasks

• Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Match invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts
• Enter, upload, and maintain invoice data in the accounting system
• Support the review and processing of employee expense claims
• Monitor accounts payable balances and ensure payments are up to date
• Assist with month-end closing activities and reconciliations
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
• Support the accounts payable team with administrative tasks and compliance activities

Your Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree in accounting or a related field is an advantage
• Initial experience or foundational knowledge of accounts payable or accounting processes
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when processing financial data
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies and support their resolution
• Structured and organised working style with effective time management skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with internal and external stakeholders
• Fluent Polish and English language skills at a minimum B2 level
