Role:
Our Estate Management team helps clients optimise their portfolio performance at each phase of the property life cycle. In this role you will report to Team Manager and Estate Managers based in UK and working closely with client, landlords and client’s FM provider.
Responsibilities:
Data Management
Enabling changes in Data through ProLease Platform to align with client KPIs
Preparation of Change Notification Forms to update key external stakeholders on changes to property status
Reviewing critical dates from lease agreements in relation to required data changes
Financial Management
Invoice management including first-level verification enabling payment
Liaising with internal stakeholders and Landlords as required to facilitate invoice payments
Operational Management
Preparing monthly/quarterly client reports
Regular update of internal trackers
Arranging property inspections and key log management
Working with client FM provider and Landlords advising on lease repairing obligations to facilitate the resolution of any property related matters
Ensure smooth transition of new properties into management and support the property disposal programme with oversight of senior team member and the Estate Manager
What We're Looking For
Fluent written and spoken English – Polish & other language a plus
Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
Good organizational and analytical skills, attention to details
Good communication skills, conflict-resolution & interpersonal skills
Creative thinking and ability to work under time pressure
Knowledge of real estate leases and obligations a plus
Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments
