Product Management Director — lead a 4-person PM team building a Soft FM & Estates portfolio across Europe. Hybrid, Kraków or Warsaw.
Our client is a unified CAFM platform for commercial real estate, managing 100,000+ buildings across 35+ countries and supporting 500,000+ professionals worldwide. Backed by a leading growth equity investor, they're scaling fast through acquisition.
You'll own space management and Soft FM services — cleaning, portering, catering — used daily across the UK healthcare market, leading four Product Managers and shaping how newly-acquired products come together into one platform.
What You'll Do
→ Manage, coach, and develop a team of four Product Managers
→ Set product strategy and roadmaps, deciding where to invest and where to hold
→ Lead the portfolio through consolidation as acquired products come together
→ Partner closely with Sales to unblock deals and drive revenue
→ Drive continuous discovery, hypothesis-driven development, and AI-powered tooling
What We're Looking For
→ 5+ years in product management, ideally 3+ in B2B SaaS
→ 2+ years as a people manager owning a team
→ Experience leading a team through real change — restructuring or post-acquisition integration
→ Strong commercial awareness and data fluency
→ English at C1+, written and spoken
