YOUR ROLE

Kirey Group's AI & Innovation Business Unit designs and delivers AI-driven solutions for leading companies across industries such as pharma, manufacturing and financial services. We help our clients turn data into value through Generative AI, advanced analytics and modern data platforms like Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and AWS BedRock.

You will contribute to projects such as AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, automated data analysis and interactive dashboards, working in a collaborative, innovation-oriented environment.

• Support the design and development of Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based agents and RAG pipelines.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and models on platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and AWS.
• Help evaluate and monitor AI solutions, measuring accuracy, performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, consultants and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI and share new ideas with the team.

Requisitions

• Recent bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics or a related field.
• Interest in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern data tools (DataBricks, Cloudera).
• Curiosity, willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken; Italian is required.

Nice to have:

• University projects or a thesis on AI/ML, experience with frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph, a GitHub portfolio.
• Good programming skills in Python; knowledge of SQL is a plus.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a motivated recent graduate to join our team as a Junior AI Engineer under an apprenticeship contract. This is a structured growth path: you will receive hands-on training, mentorship from senior engineers and the opportunity to earn certifications on the main cloud and data platforms.

WHAT WE OFFER

The apprenticeship position comes with a starting gross annual salary of € 29,000
